Transitioning from ShareFile to NEW Peer Reviewer Portal via Salesforce

We are in a new era! CIMRO will be transitioning our peer reviewer platform from email and ShareFile to Salesforce. Salesforce will provide our Peer Reviewers with a more streamlined review process.

Once you have accepted a review from CIMRO and we have received all the needed information from the client, you will be assigned the review within the Peer Reviewer Portal. Once logged in, the portal will contain everything needed to complete your review: The patient records, the client’s questions, areas to write your case summary, answers to each question, and, if applicable, list references utilized.

​If there are images associated with the case, there will also be a link available to view the images in Nucleus. As done today, you will also input the time spent on each case you review. Once you have completed all needed areas for the review, you will submit your review back to CIMRO for processing directly from the Peer Reviewer Portal. You will no longer need to use a ShareFile link to upload your report, reimbursement log, and/or Conflict of Interest (COI) form.
