Our strength lies in our expert-led, evidence-based approach to peer review. We maintain a roster of over 500 credentialed physician and non-physician clinical peer reviewers, representing more than 100 specialties and sub-specialties. All our reviewers are board-certified with experience in multiple practice settings, ensuring we can match the best possible expert to your specific case. We also have former hospital leaders who guide our process. This is how we provide independent, unbiased, and defensible reviews that are grounded in real-world experience.

Our recruitment and credentialing processes are rigorous and ongoing to ensure a broad base of actively practicing specialists. Each candidate undergoes extensive credentialing, followed by orientation on confidentiality, conflict of interest policies, and applicable URAC standards. 
To ensure the integrity of our review outcomes, we perform quarterly monitoring. This process, conducted by designated, experienced peer reviewers, ensures that all determinations are appropriate, complete, consistent, and accurate.
