Throughout the peer review process CIMRO staff follow-up to ensure that our customers' expectations are met. This begins by seeking clarification if our client’s review request is unclear. The ability to realize that something may be ambiguous comes with our extensive experience in working with a diverse group of clients. Our staff strives to make the independent peer review process as easy and straightforward as possible, and we excel in our contacts with clients.
We have consistently achieved outstanding levels of customer satisfaction as demonstrated by surveys of new clients and our annual surveys of existing clients. When clients were asked to rate their overall satisfaction with CIMRO’s independent peer review services, results were 4.9 on a 5-point Likert scale.
