![]() The External Peer Performance Evaluation (EPPE) is an affordable external peer-review option suitable for ongoing ROUTINE assessments and focused performance analysis. It is designed to evaluate the performance of a single practitioner or multiple practitioners in a department. The client provides a small, focused record for review – fewer than 100 pages. As such, these reviews are not expected to take as long as comprehensive independent peer reviews (less than 60 minutes in most instances). EPPE is not appropriate for neurosurgery or mortality reviews, or if there is a known or strong suspicion of a quality concern. ![]() This notice serves as a reminder that the Certification and Acceptance statements you previously signed remain in full force and effect. His earlier career included 15 years at Missouri River Energy Services where he served as CEO with management of the consumer-owned electric utility company. His top skills include strategic planning, project management and leadership. Holdhusen is retired and is currently serving his second term on the Great Plains QIN Board of Directors and has served on the Finance and Compliance Committee since May 2020. Kristin Rodriguez, MS

She is a high-energy, hands-on leader who has extensive experience in change management and possesses a breadth of diverse execution management and value delivery. ![]() April Vogelsang, MS, RN, NEA-BC, will be CIMRO’s next CEO with the upcoming retirement of Tina Georgy. Vogelsang has over 25 years of progressive healthcare and health services leadership experience. For the past 15 years, she held various positions at Carle Health, most recently serving as the System SVP & Chief Clinical Integration Officer. At Health Alliance Medical Plans & Carle Health, she provided strategic and operational oversight for health plan clinical operations and Carle Health enterprise integrated Population Health and Care Management, including Stratum Med Accountable Care Organization. She has consistently achieved high employee engagement rates and organizational goals. Prior to joining Carle Health, Vogelsang worked at CIMRO for 10 years as the Director of Operations. She was instrumental in the start-up operations of CIMRO of Nebraska (Lincoln, NE) with award of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Medicare Quality Improvement Organization contract in 2002. In 2019, Vogelsang was elected to the CIMRO Board of Directors. Since 2020, as part of the CIMRO Enterprise, she serves as a Corporate Representative on the Great Plains Quality Innovation Network (GPQIN) Board of Directors and is Chair of the GPQIN Finance and Compliance Committee. Tina Georgy, RN, MS, will be retiring in January 2023 after 37 years with the organization; having served as its CEO for 23 years. Vogelsang will begin her position as CIMRO’s CEO on August 22, 2022. During the transition, Georgy will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer until her retirement in January 2023. ![]() Champaign, IL – CIMRO’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tina Georgy, RN, MS, will retire in January 2023 after 37 years with the organization and having served as its CEO for 23 years. “For over three decades, Georgy’s executive level leadership has been a cornerstone to the CIMRO enterprise. Like so many companies, CIMRO has reinvented itself several times by expanding its service lines and creating new partnerships,” said CIMRO’s Board of Director’s Chair Barry Slotky, MD. “In a very competitive and continually evolving environment, her leadership has been the cornerstone for the organization’s success. We wish her the very best in her retirement.” In addition to serving as CIMRO’s CEO, Georgy also provided executive oversight over multiple entities as part of the CIMRO enterprise, including 11 years as its Chief Operating Officer prior to being named CEO. These roles included serving as the CEO of CIMRO of Nebraska, which was established in 2003 with award of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) contract. CMS consolidated QIO contracts in 2014 and Georgy led the formation of Great Plains Quality Innovation Network (GPQIN) with a successful QIN-QIO contract serving Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. Georgy served as the CEO for Great Plains QIN from 2014 – 2020. Georgy also served as CEO of CIMRO Medical Management, Inc. from 1998 - 2000. During her career, Georgy served on the American Health Quality Association’s (AHQA’s) Board of Directors and held various committee positions with the organization. AHQA is the national trade association representing the QIO program. The CIMRO Board of Directors has selected April Vogelsang, MS, RN, NEA-BC, to succeed Georgy.
