CIMRO continues to actively recruit physicians to participate in the peer review process. Physician reviewers must hold a current, unrestricted license and board certification in at least one specialty.  Our physician reviewers must be licensed in the state in which care is delivered, when required by contract. We also require our physician reviewers to complete an acceptance form regarding our confidentiality policy and a W-9 for tax purposes. All of these documents, including the application form, are available for immediate download by clicking on the links provided.
